Simana view point  and  Homestay services

Simana view point, Tucked near the Indo‑Nepal border, Simana (meaning “border” in Hindi) is perched at around 7,500 ft above sea level and features a compact yet scenic plateau of approximately 60 × 40 feet. It offers panoramic views of Nepal’s hamlets, verdant valleys, and the majestic Kanchenjunga and Singalila range  .

The viewpoint straddles the international boundary — the road lies in India, the viewing terrace technically in Nepal — yet visitors are welcome to cross over freely for the stunning vistas  .

Simana View Point might be compact, but its elevation and panoramic vantage offer an unparalleled slice of the eastern Himalayas. Its bilingual charm and cross-border placement amplify the sense of adventure—and provide a perfect break from the winding mountain roads connecting Siliguri, Mirik, and Darjeeling.

Whether you’re a photographer chasing light, a trekker plotting your route, or simply someone seeking a fresh mountain breeze with a cup of chai—Simana View Point is a memorable detour worth every kilometre.
